WeMatter

User, Admin and RPO Access Levels

Understand standard User, organisation Admin and RPO partner access in WeMatter.

Access levels define a person's broad responsibilities in WeMatter. They work alongside feature-specific permissions, relationships and workflow states, so two people with the same access level may still see different resources.

User

A User has standard access to WeMatter. They can work with the profiles, Foundation modules, scorecards, frameworks and goals made available to them by their organisation and their assigned relationships.

Admin

An Admin has administrator access to their organisation within WeMatter. Admins can manage people and organisation configuration and can perform supported administrative actions across development resources in their organisation.

Admin access should only be assigned to people who are responsible for managing the organisation's WeMatter setup and workflows.

RPO

An RPO user is an RPO partner. RPO users support organisations across WeMatter and have broader operational access than organisation Admins.

RPO status cannot be assigned or removed from an organisation's profile access dialog. Contact WeMatter support if an RPO partner's access needs to change.

Feature-Specific Access

Account access is only one part of authorisation. Access may also depend on whether someone is a WeMatter Lead, manager, scorecard reviewer, framework editor, goal editor or contributor. Resource visibility and workflow state can also affect what a person can view or change.

Refer to each feature's user and manager guides for its detailed permission rules.
